e34 headlight adjuster conversion for e30-how to do it?

hi all
ive read here that the electric adjusters from a e34 can be used on the e30 ...

how does one do this?

Fairly obvious if you get the E34 motors. Almost, but not quite, a direct swap for the hydraulic units.
Three wire on each motor and three wires on the control knob. Connect one wire of all three to earth, connect one wire of all three to 12 volts, and connect the third wires of all three together.

does anyone have pictures of how the e34 electric adjusters look like....
i need pics of the followings: the motors as they are attached to the lights
also i need a picture of the interior switch for adjustment as fitted inside the e34

any help appreciated.

I don't have any pics, but the motor assemblies look like half size versions of wiper motors, and they fit in exactly the same way as the hydraulic ones, although the spacing of the two mounting holes is different.

My ones never bloody worked, and never knew about this mod, but will defo do this week as I have the e34 standing around doing nothing much anyway. :cool:
