Haven't heard back from the application form, but I did contact the organisers beforehand, who said I would still be in time, despite the "Month Before at the latest" on the form.

I'll get onto them again, to make sure all's well, and add you to the list too truds.
Hopefully see all of you there.

PLEASE NOTE EVERYONE...

I have been contacted today by the organisers. Due to demand, Sunday is fully booked regarding displaying.

WE HAVE A SPACE RESERVED FOR 15 CARS AND THE GAZEBO FOR THE MONDAY ONLY

Anyone wishing to go to the show on the Sunday is more than welcome but you will have to go as paying public.
You and a passenger will get in free on Monday if you are on the list as displaying on the E30Zone stand.

Sorry about the Sunday, but I wasn't aware of the date of the show until mentioned to me at the last meet. Unfortunately this was rather short notice.
Anyone wishing to camp is welcome to do so on the Sunday night, admittance after 5pm if you aren't attending the show as well on Sunday.

The show opens at 10 for the public, so I guess if we were there at 930 to set up and prepare for the day, that should be no problem.

I have rearranged the list slightly and moved the "possiblys" to the bottom.

I have the tickets in my car at the moment.
Possibly easiest way, I'll leave them at the gate and people get them on the way in, or I'll have to head up as people arrive - maybe in convoy - and give me a call on the mobile while on the way.

As far as entrances, I really don't know. Is there more than one entrance?
