Why can't i use the word c o u n c i l ?

I noticed last week and mean't to mention it to someone. Everytime i use that seldom used 'C' word it posts up as fettle/fettled .  In desperation to express myself i have been forced to coin a new phrase , bruv / bruvved I.E "The sad turd is seriously 'bruvved' "

PS i was thinking of brum/brummed but being a diplomatic type i didn't want to upset the 37 decent folk who live there !

I think its because a few of the mods would like to think they have nice motors, though they are seriously at risk of being found in the natural habitat of the local government housing estate but would like us to think they are fettled.
