Will E38 alloys 16" and ET 23 offest (8in wide) fit my M3?

For a bonus point- will they fit an E34 535i (as my mate has just bought a set and I quite like the look of them so if they don't fit his fiver I might have to have them  )?

And for the super star prize- if they do fit, what tyre size should I go for?

Cheers in advance.

E38 alloys will bolt up, same PCD, offset is comparable but as for tyres... no idea dude

perhaps the stock size for the EVO models with 16" would suit, seems logical?

Aaron, there's a section on here a little further down where you can get your old post count added on!

Come on, you know you are a newbie !

Stock size on the 16" is 225/45, but I think the standard wheels are 7.5" wide.

You could fit 235 without any rubbing im pretty sure

I can't remember how many I had on the old forum.

Not sure about the offset but I was running 9.5J rims on the back of my M3 with 245/45/16's on them with no problem. Had 8.5J on the front with 225's on and again no rubbing.
