I have a 320se which had a cracked head , seaching the scapyards trying to find a replacement and come across 520 after an hour taking it off and paying very little for it , I found that the inlet valve guides move .
Can any1 tell me how easy this is to fix and if this head will fit seeing that it is stamped 84 and mine is a 90

You mean the guides move in the head, or the valves have a lot of sideways play in the guides?

You need to take them to a machine shop along with the valves.

They'll press out the old ones, heat up the head, freeze the new guides and fit them.

Then they'll recut the valve seats and reface the valves.

.
If the guides are really moving in the head, then there won't be any heating and freezing required!

Think if the guides are moving in the head then the head's scrap!

More likely that the valves are loose in the guides

Renewing valve guides, refacing valves, grinding and lapping them in and skimming the head is the kind of thing you should have done to any second hand head.
It is false economy to just stick it on.
