I'm stripping my car and have removed all speakers, speaker wiring and of course the head unit. I have two main wires left that i assume provided the head unit with power. Ones a red wire with some kind of plastic cap and spring in it and i forget what the other is, brown i think. Will check when i'm at home. Any way...

When i went to snip these they sparked so i left them alone

Where do they go and whats the best way of removing them.

(Dash Board is still in)

All help appricated

Steve. Take the glove box right out along with all theinternal panels and you should be able to trace the wire back to the main distribution panel at the bulkhead. The stereo loom is connected there.
