Nice to meet you all when I wasn't in the car napping off the hangover or on the bog dumping more toxic waste.
Very happy my M20B28 made more power than the M52B28 thats put a smile on my face even the slow puncture and diff damage to my boot can't wipe off my face. Just text Adam to tell him how shes going and I think he wants her back.

I got a bit excited on part of the drive and heard a clunk. When I opened the boot at home it had vacated the box and left the shite it was cacked in all over the carpet and cracked my boot tidy.

Was my first zone meet but it wont be my last. Nice to see all of the cars & meet some of you. Still dont know who anyone was though (apart from Dave). A good day out. Had to shoot early. Had a phone call! Me tech 2 lazer blue touring (standard apart from a flat panel K&N and on 194k) put out 174.9bhp & 168.2ft/lb. No fan. Pleased with that.
And there wasn't any traffic heading to north Devon. Happy days.

Excellent day out, many thanks to Dave and Fritz's for organising the day - and the burger van, before Nathan comments...
Found a few greasy roundabouts on the way home, back end went out about 5 times I think, all on roundabouts, thought nothing of it first time, second time wondered if I had a problem, but handled fine up the road...
My M40 auto turd made 112.9, so 2.1bph off the figures for brand new. Auto box too, so can't really complain.
Not got pictures uploaded yet, got em as far as the PC, now need to upload them to the Net...
Many thanks again to Dave and Fritz's, 18 people put their money down for the Rolling Road today, so £90 donated to the Monsport fund. A very generous gesture Dave, much appreciated. Thank you.
Cheers all for a very enjoyable meet, hope to see you all again soon.

Don't look at the Zone time posting, left home about 8.55. From the garage at Tower Park to your place was 50 minutes.Rosc0PColtrane wrote:2 hours to get to Yeovil???Gortour wrote:Leaving now to meet Gareth at Tower Park.
Fook me, you are slow!!
Perhaps we should rename you James May??
(Would have been quicker, but had to keep waiting for Gareth with the boat anchor under his bonnet...

Car did well though.
218.3 BHP
206.1 Torque (ft 1bs)
It's all about the torque figure

You got home in one piece then Dave?
Another quality SouthWest meet.
Excellent turnout despite the weather being crap.
Think its time to upgrade my Asda homemake tyres, lethal in the wet doesnt come close
Gareth you dont know how tempted I was to leave your car on blocks while you were out cold, your wheels are porn
Did take my camera but once I saw Gordon and Nathan walking round with theirs I just chucked it back in the car.
Dartmoor meet next I think, possibly early September in hope that we get a late summer?
Thanks again to all who turned up especially Dave and Kevin and Ian who drove the width of the country

I had a great laugh yesterday, nice to meet those I hadn't before...
'Respec to Ian and Kevin for traveling down to bumpkin land to meet us all
Sorry to Andy in the Evo (My arse nibbled a hole in the seat) at 160 racing Jays rice rocket, on the private road of coarse
Big thanks to Dave for making me grin from the minute we left Fritz to go to the pub, then the journey back to Tony's to look at my car
Cheers mate, eventually finding grip at 80 in fourth on country roads is interesting
For those that didn't see the Alpina do its thing
I'm looking forward to the next one
Cheers guys
