Hi everyone,
I have a 325i Touring and the interior lining is hanging. Please can anyone have any ideas they could give me to tidy this up.
Thanks all.

Mine is the same,i've not got around to sorting it yet.

I think i'm going to use some spray on upholstery(sp?) glue and hope it sticks ok with out having any folds but it probobly will need folding as the material would have streched i think ?

Does your rear washer pipe (by the tail gate hinge) leak as i think thats what caused my lining to drop ?

I was thinking of glueing it but wasn't sure if there was another way. My rear window washer pipe is disconected but I am sure this was the original cause of the problem. I wil give it a go with the glue and let you know. Thanks for the reply nice to know I am not the only one with this problem.

I had this exact same problem on my other Tourer. I took off all the bits of trim that held it in place, then pulled off the material as far forward as the sunroof. Then i scraped off all the remaining glue (very messy job, but essential if you're going to get a smooth finish), then glued it all back up again with contact adhesive. This didn't quite have enough tack to hold it in place, so i used a standard office paper stapler to pin it in place where ever needed. Haven't dared take the staples out yet though

Result isn't perfect, but much improved on what i had before.

to be honest the best way is to replace the headlining. its a less messy job, if still involing....

but if not the petes job sounds like a good one.
