Electric sunroof motor removal

How do you remove the elctric motor from the sunroof as mines seems to be sticking?

with the biggest angle grinder u can lay ur hands on

I can help.

slide back the sunroof a little
remove the sunvisors
remove the motor switch
unscrew the fixing screws for the metal sunroof wind flap thing and remove it
unscrew the trim screws
open the doors and pull down the rubber seals
peel back the black bits of the trim
remove the whole headliner
then unbolt the motor.

Unless you've got a touring. Then it comes out through the inspection panel.
Doubt if there's anything wrong with the actual motor though.
