Thanks for the tip, got there about 19:45 in the end and managed to get a space :)

Short of some muppet in an E36 thinking his 3 10" resonating subs, blue neon in the boot and a bass CD was "all dat and a bag-o-chips y0!" by continually blasting it out.. seems like a good meet. Will be going again (first time this month) and hopefully be able to put a few more faces to names / cars from here :D

Ian

Well, my bus made it there and back ok which was a result in itself :D

'twas a good meet and nice to see a few old (ugly) faces again and meet a few new zone heroes to boot! :D

i wish i'd found some LPG while i was up there though, my dismally small tank made it there and a bit of the way back, after driving round the local petrol stations, i found that the LPG in london was sold out everywhere and had to run home on petrol :( the weather on the run home was scaaaary! never mind, at least i made it back to bed early... 3:45am to be precise! :D

needless to say, i was little use at work today! :D

credit due to Theo for managing to talk E30 while asleep... :P

Gareth your nuts for driving all that way fella
At least i had the common sense to get a lift in the 8 with Col and not have to cough for fuel :P

Nice to see all the usual council types and the vey 'un-pc' Pete who was on great form :D

nuts, me?: damn right! :D i'd spent years not getting round to ever visiting the place so i though i'd just go, to hell with it :D

would have been nicer if the weather held out. several crashes on the M25 in the wee small hours from people aquaplaning i guess. on that note, why do people not realise that the slow lane on the motorway is like 2 rivers in heavy rain? they all drive in it and swerve around with no idea as to why!
