power hood problems ! need a specialist asap

as above people. i have a 318i on a j Plate and the car has been sitting for some time. the hood was changed a while back by the previous owner before the car sat in his drive for ages. i was told that the hood was changed but , who ever done it didint fit it correctly. anyone know of someone in the London area that could help ? i have asked a few people and they all say that you need to talk to someone who knows these inside out.. so that what i need basically .. any help would be great ??
