What are the best rear bushes to fit?

I have been thinking about what type i should go with, would like some advice on this need to do the rear first then after on to the front many options i just don't know. Cheers :)

If it is a normal evrey day car then origanal one's.

If you are looking for handeling improvement and are not worried about a firm ride then polly bush with either Powerflex or eibach for the rear.

Depends on what bushes you are talking about, the cottonreel bushes in the rear arms, rear beam bushes and the ARB bushes. As Rosco says it depends on what kind of ride you want. OEM bushe are softer and only get them from the Stealer....Aftermarket ones are not very good, even the ones from GSF and don't tend to last.
Poly bushes if you want to tighten the back end but that then alters the handling at the rear, depends what you want.

do comparable quality bushes as powerflex @ half the price but they don't do the rear beam bushes unfortunately

Ones with the BMW logo on them. You'll not be changing them again.
