Im already on with doing the rusty spots. And im going to attack it with my dremel afterward to tidy up the front.

skirts are on hold 
I started picking at the sill and found a hole that needs welding up.
also the botom of the skirt doesn't meet the bottom of the sill properly so it will need modification.
and the top edge doesn't fit the car properly so I will need to attack it with me dremmel.
