Track e30 cosworth turbo stage 3!

I have a Cosworth powered e30 320i - H reg. Everything is done but I have a few problems. The 17 inch alpina replicas give poor handling, so I am looking for a set of 16 ”“ would hartage 16’s be ok? I am also getting very bad tyre wear due to 60mm drop all round. Apparently negative camber front top mounts and 35mm springs at the back will sort these problems. Is this correct and where can I get the top mounts and springs?

i have a -60 drop on mine and have no tyre wear issues.

Check the front toes. Toe out will scrub the tyres out

Is the front trye wear on the inside or outside? If outside shoulders (track use) then more neg front camber will help, if inside (road) its more than likely normal wear because of the neg camber from lowering the car. Same at the back, I'm guessing that the 35mm spring advice was to lift the back so there won't be so much neg camber so less inside tyre wear. As above, get the tracking done as toe will have changed when the springs were fitted so may be scrubbing now if tracking wasn't done at the time.
