I work for Racing Dynamics and was discussing with our Exhaust Fabricator about producing an Exhaust Manifold to fit the a RHD E30 with the S50 / S52 motor.

Here's a couple of Photos of the new M5 manifold our Fabricator has just produced. Its hard to tell from the photos and not seeing the pieces in real life but this is an extremely high quality product that retails for $6000 - 7000.

Sorry Camera died before I could take any more photos, so these just show the Collector.

I've looked into who sells them and can only find BTB who sells a modified OEM part.

Just spoke with a friend who was recently on the phone with BTB about a manifold for a S50 RHD E30 Conversion.

They said that the cost for them to modify a provided OEM manifold would be £930 plus VAT and £340 plus VAT for their X - Pipe.

They also noted that it would take them 6 to 8 weeks to complete the Modifcations!

Does anyone else know of any other Manifolds available for these conversions?

What price range would people be willing to pay for the manifold if I were to produce it?

This would be a Private Production, nothing to do with Racing Dynamics. But the quality would be the same high standard.

Any comments or thoughts would be great.

I am currently working on Prices - The Price would be dependent on how many people are interested.

Thanks

id say anywhere between 600-800 would be a fair price. the BTB one is rather expensive. I dont know about anyone else but i wouldnt really be that bothered if it wasn't an equal length curving twisting in and out of each other master peice. id want one to be of a good quality and fit not lose to much power or any other the e36 manifold. and to fit with an Z3 rack conversion.

I'd be interested in this, depending on the price!
