yeah, we definitely need more than 5 people we still have over a week left, people who haven't signed in the past couple of days might could possibly come. But im not holding my breath.

True possibly could change the date as this is going to be the first East Meet. I’d be cool with any date to be fairly honest as long as we get a good number of us coming for sure which then would bee a good 1.

I think we should move forward a week. Many people on the list are not sure if they'll make it. Moving it a week forward gives everyone a little more time. Its the first one, so we want a good turn up.

Right, don't look like I'm getting my shed back until around the 20th of July!

So, I'll have to sit the first one out, but if we organize it for 1st Sat of every month, we all know where we are at.

Don't know what everyone thinks of that, but having a set time means we shouldn't clash with Lakeside etc.

And Sat tends to be a good day for most people.
