Large person with stupid question about seat sizes....

I've managed to get myself back involved in a project car which if complete will be going to the 'ring the first weekend in August (no rush then!)
Problem is, we've got to the stage where we are buying loads of bits, and i need to know how , ahem, wide a seat i can fit into the car, and if something like this :

will fit?
The wider seat base is essential or i won't fit, even on a diet of lettuce leaves.
We want a pair of FIA approved seats, wide enough to accomodate my svelte 6'4" 16 stone plus frame.

I fit 6'2" and 16.5 stone into an OMP RS without much trouble. I'm a little tall for the shoulder belt holes though, but not enough for it to be a problem really.

Cobra Sebring GT, let them know your tall as they now do a seat with the lateral support higher up

Hi Mate,

I too am slightly over a 'Medium' being 6'1" and 15st 7Lbs and I have OMP RS seats in my track 325 - found them spot on and had some lardier passengers who said they were A1 . got them from Deamon Tweeks
