Are there any outputs for oil temp and pressure i can use on my engine to feed a set of gauges?
If not are all senders the same (ie would ones from demon tweeks etc for 52mm gauges be interchangable with all gauges), and where would be the best place to plumb in these sensors?
thanks in advance

Ok well there are two locations,
For temp i used a blocked off oil way on the back of the head, I used the BMW VDO 0-150deg sender.
For pressure there is a second location its on the front of the oil filter housing, you will see a plug which can be taken off with an allen key.

What sort of gauges are you guys using?
I have some VDO's from an Audi coupe, just got a pressure sender for Ԛ£20. For oil temp apparently an M3 oil temp sender will work, has anyone tried this?

Cheers guys,
I'm also using the audi vdo gauges, but i have no senders/sensors. I can get the bmw oil temp sensor through work, but any ideas where to get a pressure sender?

Hi, are the senders on the bottom of this page http://www.etbinstruments.com/Sensors_ancillaries.htm
compatible with my vdo gauges?
Does anyone know what size threads i am going to want?
Are the outputs from all the senders the same (aside from being of the correct scale), so can i use any 12v 0-5 bar pressure sender?

As far as I can tell they would work, although I'm no expert.
