Buzzing Gong

Does anyone know why item 10 in the following link
http://www.realoem.com/bmw/showparts.do ... g=62&fg=40
should start buzzing all the time?

To stop it I have removed the connector from it next to the headlight level adjustment. No idea why it has started this all of a sudden. I think it is part of the OBC but that seems to be ok.

have you changed any setting on your obc lately?
that could be the problem

No not changed anything, I don't even know how long it has been buzzing for, it was fine when I parked up on Sunday and when I opened the car last night it was buzzing. When I got in from work tonight it was the same so I have disconnected it until I have time to look at it on Saturday.

It's strange how is has just started.

Thanks Sjoerd,

Im sure someone will know what is going on. I may just disconect the power to the OBC for a bit and see if it starts up again ok.

Yep thats the OBC gong, it gongs every time it is earthed so check the earths between it and the obc. Otherwise it's probably buggered

This happened to me. I fixed it, but I'm bug***ed if I can remember how!
