Shame you couldn't make it Dips, but I'm sure Wayne's grateful as he didn't get beaten for car of the day.dips346 wrote:sorry could make it as had my birthday **** up last night...
its not the coupe forum any more plus most the boys were from other forums
http://www.bmwowner.com/forum/

I asked the E36 boys when they arrived if they were E36coupe, and BMJG told me they were. This is why I was trying to get onto their forum to thank them for attending. I already have a logon as I signed up there a long time ago for a friend of mine who has a 325tds.]=
* To the E36 boys, sorry you won nothing in the raffle, but I can only assure you that every ticket sold went in, and the raffle tickets were drawn totally at random. This was not a Zone-biased, anti E36 thing. *

Hi guys!
Many thanks to Gordon and Dave for organising such a good meet! Great Venue!! Shame about the wind!! Jess' face looks like a bellisha beacon!!
Rozzers took a dislike to my number plates on the way home!!
Female on a motorbike pulled me to tell me off! However as she was advising me, my phone went off a couple of times and my ring tone is "I like big butts and i cannot lie!!" funny thing was she had a massive butt!!!! But fair play she didn't fine me!! All because i have the letter 'D' on my number plate and the car is UK registered!!!
But great day!! Will try and get pics up asap!! (Internet permitting!!)

I noticed the sweets Wayne... but not well enough to remember for next time! I doubt Sheila would have needed many sweets though as your car is FAB.
yes, that severe wind burn has turned our faces glowing red too.
Worth it though!
Looking foward to seeing the photos when the busy picture people have time.

Just got access to my computer in my own house.
Really good meet, so top marks to the organisers. Weather was brilliant, I am totally burnt
Food was good as well, being a student, i think i might have had more than my fair share
Paul, when the rozzer got between me and you, i knew it was going to be one of us she tugged. Sorry it had to be you. I presumed it was because of the German number plates, but i thought it was rather eagle eyed of her considering you were driving a left hooker! Where you go tugged at the lights was where i needed to turn off, but as i was coming from an unusual direction(to me) i blasted straight past. I thought better of stopping in the bus stop with you, with above mentioned rozzer
Good time had by all I think

I love your idea of taking it easy home ziggy, what gear were you in when you left me? after I hit xx mph the car shook so much my passenger electric window and sunroof haven't worked since and they worked fine in the morning. Think some dodgy wiring came loose.

Your car looks nice even if it doesn't start well Gareth. Didn't twig till someone mentioned it that your car used to be E30Adam's. Only seen it the once in the flesh before, and a few times in pics Adam's put up in the past. Shame you didn't get his BBS or Keskin wheels with it.

Did you not twig that my 'now other' sport is Black? How stupid do you have to be to own two sports btw?

Gareth, I did notice that it was grey, not black, and was therefore not the (black) Sport you had last time... Just the significance of it being Adams that escaped me.
