oil pressure wire and OBC have nothing to do with the oil level check.
The oil level sensor in the top of the sump, immediately below the alternator, gets clogged up inside with oil sludge.
Take it out and repeatedly dunk it in petrol and drain it out until black sludge stops coming out. Can't guarantee this will work, but it often does.

That must be so annoying. The matrix must be blocked in that channel - I think the only way you'll figure that out for sure is dash out job...DCDC wrote:cheers guys ill give it a try , see what happens , also another question regarding heaters. when i have the heaters

First question, as with any 'poor heater output' questions, is "are the heater pipes on the stub pipes on the engine bulkhead the correct way around?"
E30 heater outputs aren't normally lacking in any way, but the actual temperature of the various outputs is controlled by flaps in the heater box operated by cables. The output from the face vents should still be cold when the output from the screen and floor vents are set to warm, only becoming hot when the heater knob is turned up past about half.
In your case, it sounds like you have two problems at least - poor heater output, and a maladjusted cable for the face vents.
