sorry neil but i'me with lee on this one :eek: his cab looks ok without the chrome :o must be the colour of his motor, where as yours is black, chrome suits yours and mine :mad:

yeah i know green and chrome is a no no, I just like winding lee up with the chrome, I got him some wrapping paper to do his side sills with :lol:

Just to prove i aint completely anti chrome heres my old 316i which was going along a black and chrome theme till i found the cab :D

That's decided it then Cliffy, sorry bro but the chrome's gotta go!

1 set of chrome arches for sale if anyone's interested and I can get them off easily enough :) lol

Nothing personally against the chrome detailing, it truly IS :cool: but not with the green. Besides, am going for a smooth look, with only minimal colours.

Without wanting to restart the original argument, am I right?

bloody hell this is an old thread lol

your chrome arches will probably come off easily with lumps of your wing still attached 8O

Was a bit but felt the need to restart it......

As far as leaving the arches behind, I thought as much, had the silly idea to start with of leaving them on, blending with 'glass an filler and respraying.........

Drastic, or just plain stoopid!!!
