proof of ownership and documents to present Erel, keys are fectory cut and come unprogrammed for the C/locking etc

If you have 2 keys and one is N/W, swop useage and the EWS and DWA should make the redundant key active again.
whatever the case, if you have more then one key, use both regularly !!

Well mines very weird matey... one of they keys remote control works perfectly but doesnt start the car? ( only once out of 100 tries it will), and the 2nd key starts the car all the time but the remote doesnt work !!
.. trip to the stealers as you said mate, i just want 1 key that would do the lot for me!, p.s, did send you a e-mail a while ago thats un-answered !

sounds like the key that starts the car needs reinitialising to car to get the alarm working.
It is a 15 second job. If you have the handbook for the car it should show you how to go it in there
