Hi if you were to wire the two positive voice coil terminals together, and the two negatives together you would half the resistanceof the sub to 2 ohms, if you was to repeate this with the second sub, and the wire both of the positive sides of the subs to the same positive terminal on the amp, and then both the negative sides to the same negative terminal you would then half the resistance again to 1ohm.
the aim of wiring the subs like this is that most amps will produce more power at lower ohm ratings. but the subs will only need the same power 2000 watts rms.
I don't know anyone who has had any experience with those amps but looking at the loudest.com's website they offer 3 class d amps one is claiming 1000w rms @ 1ohm £399, one 1500w rms @ 1ohm £499, and there daddy one is 3000w rms @ 1ohm £1495.
The £499 one will run just under 1000w rms in two a 2 ohm load so two of these amps could run your subs.

No personal experience with legacy amps, but never heard good things about them!!
Also never really heard any reviews at all of the stuff you have linked to, but I reckon you can definately do better.
First off though - most important, what is your budget???? How much can/will you spend on an amp (or 2) to run these?? Do you need to get cables (power) within that budget?? Are you running a standard battery and alternator??
What are you aiming for - massive bass, or sound quality?? Have you already got/built boxes for the subs??
You generally get what you pay for with amps!!
I'll have a proper look and give you some proper ideas and some diagrams of how to wire them up late tonight when i'm bored at work!!
I'm sure other advice will be posted up by then too!!
Oh yeah, also, try looking around on the talkaudio forum - prob .com but google it and you will find it!!
Edit: Would also just say, if you can afford good enough amps, personally I wouldn't run them at 1ohm - 2ohm or above for me!!

I'm running using the 'loudest.com' (1500W rms) amps in my touring and also my brother's cab.
I used to use a Vibe VP4 to power my 4 vibe 15's, and when i ran the 'theloudest.com' amp it out-performed the Vibe (which was around 1200W rms).
Don't buy from their website...i bought mine off ebay...sent out from the same place, but at a realistic price...the webiste is probably just there to rob mugs who don't bother shopping around.
I bought the amp as i wanted to sell my subs with a adequate amp, but have since decided to keep all my gear as i split 2 subs into my bro's cab and 2 into my touring. The amps can also be bridged aswell if you wanted more power.
I'd recommend them to people who don't want to spend too much and aren't bothered about brands.
As Bananaman has mentioned 2 of the amps should be enough to run both your subs.
1500w rms Loudest.com amp - £149.00

or 1 of these
3000w rms Loudest.com amp - £249.00

cheers guys i think im going to by the 3000rms one that way i'll save £50 and can add another sub if i wanted to in the future. also i am correct in saying that all subwoofers that have dual voice coil are wired all the same? only a slite diffrence when they have a diffrent resistance (OHM), such as mine, you can have each coil sayin 4 ohm or 8 ohm. if u understand what i mean?
