The E30 at the back is my diamond black sport. I bought this car from Nigel 8 months ago after it had stood for a year. It has since been broken up for spares as it was rotten, i still have the engine.

do you know Nige then?!

Tee was gutted when Nigel told him it failed the MOT due to rot. Me, Nige n Tee were gonna reshell it as a little project, but we got busy with other things and never bothered

That engine is proper quick mate. You wanna sell it? I might know someone who is interested?

Look at the side stripes Si, these are how they are meant to be, look at how it begins in front of the front wheel arch.

Alpina catalouge lists only one set of pin stripe deko stipes for all e30's including a 3 front spoilers.

Ive just looked at every pics in this thread and 99% of the facelift cars have the ones i thought were wrong. :o:

So there are 3 types of deko sets then. Broad stripe and pre and post facelift pin stipe. You learn something new everyday then lol!

Simon,
This is not the original C2 2.7,just make the C2 look with the original parts.
In Thailand,I heard that about mid80'.. the C2 2.7 engine and aeropart were install to many E30 base.

About the deko set for E30, there are 3 type..
1. the big band strip(all silver and Blue&green)
2.For the chrome bumper(C1 C2 B6) silver or gold..this one like mine.
3.for the facelift(C2 B3) silver or gold
But I think for the Alpina car that didn't built from Buchloe, you can do the custom made form the local Alpina dealer;Sytner built for GB...Alpina dealer in Japan, make the E30 sedan for C2 for A/T...
