i have tryed searching and i am not doing some thing right

question is:

i was down my local scrap yard the other day they had a 735i auto in ther, i am unsure on what i need apart from the engine and ecu i would be sticking it in a 316 touring.

would like to give the guy a list of bits and get them all at oncer if the price was right as when a car has had its engine removed or they have made some money out of it they tend to crush it the next day so i couldn't go back to it

sorry guys i know u must have ansered this question 100 time but any help would be grate

looking at the list might be easyer to buy a hole car then i am crap when it comes to understandeing e34's etc

i may ask when i am next down there how much for the hole front end of the car tho would be easyer then trying to unbolt it all there when i get a ruff price i will no if i can get the cash together

i recommend buying a 535i, you can pick up one with a rough body but solid engine for around £300, just got to keep your eyes peeled, a lot better as you know the engine works, make money back selling the parts you don't need, and get most of the little bits you need from the engine that may be missing from a scrappy... if your lucky enough to find one there in the 1st place...
