Don't forget bog roll like I almost did!
Adams sat next to me playing F1 on the PS3 counting down the minutes till we leave!
I'm knackered but to wired and/or drunk to sleep.

And were off! Hopefully see you all there safe, (or pick us up en route!) See I know some French!

Hope it's going well! Just read a PH thread saying the M20 route into Dover's a bit of a 'mare... I'll give you a buzz later, but I reckon we might go M2 instead.

I think it was 65Euro last year. But as a student it came at around 30 something. Good old student cards that have no expiry date on them
I'm now totally bored of packing, seem to have a lot of stuff for your car ziggy
I don't have a sat nav either

I wish I was there again too, absolutely fantastic event!
Maybe next year.
I think the weather was predicted to improve since that flooding which was a week or more ago, but it might still be soggy if it hasn't been hot.

Just got home! Where did the pic come from?Cotty wrote:Someone spotted on the way down (not by me)
That was either before or after I set off a speed camera heading into a tunnel, I was still happier driving than being a passenger though. I'm sure ziggy or jon_bmw will fill you all in on my comedy holiday to Le Mans.

Just got back
Only a few showers on Sunday and 1 on Friday I think. Campsites were OK, although we did "churn" it up a bit Sunday night
Pics will follow, when we've got them all sorted.

You wouldn't be jelous if you travelled in it with the wrong size spare and one bald wheel IMO, it used 2.5 L of oil in 600 miles, had to drive with heater on full hot in 30 degree heat to stop it over heating, no carpet, no door cards and ran out of clutch fluid, set off a french speed camera on the way, and then slept in a tent the size of a coffin all while praying for it to go ten more km so you dont have to walk so far and then it gets a flat less than twenty km from dover!
