Hey everybody, have been a member for a while but haven't posted anything, so I thought I'd post up my ride and introduce myself.
My names Alex and I live in Auckland NZ, my ride is an 87' south African built e30 320i.
Had the car for just over a year, and its been through one hell of a transformation since I bought it.
It arrived as an average condition automatic fading 4WD spec e30. It came with the front Hartge skirt and the tech 1 rear which was an added bonus.
So I set to work the day I got it.

Things done so far,

-Manual conversion
-Replaced the diff with a 4.1 ratio
-2.5 throttle body
-Face lift exhaust manifold
-Pod filter with cold air intake

Thats about it for the motor as it was just the 2litre version and I didn't feel justified spending big money on trying to make this pull much harder.

Cosmetics:
-Lowered on king springs with Koni shocks.
-17' Mak Raves, 215/40/R17 Falken tires. (Not everyones taste but I like em)
-Bonnet respray
-Rear end respray
-Bought side skirts and got them painted
-SE steering wheel
-Full beige leather interior
-De chromed all the trim/bumpers ( In pic its getting redone )
-All red tail lights

Things to come:

-2.7 (2.8 actually) built with eta block and 731 head
-The block will have an increased stroke, the head will be ported to fit the 325 manifold, gas flowed and get a 272 degree shrick cam
-Vernier pulley
-Custom exhaust headers
-Mega squirt engine management
-M30 injectors.

Alot of this stuff keeps chopping and changing, but the things that are for certain is the motor and head itself, the other things I will change and play with until im happy with them.

AFTER the 2.7 build:

-SC14 super charger (off 6 cylinder toyota)
-fuel pressure reg
-IC and piping
-and... this project is still in the theory stage so I havent really finalised what im going to do this with lol.
