Setting tappets with new cam

Maybe a silly question, but do i set the valve clearances to the same 0.25mm with a new 272/284 cam fitted? Just thought i'd check before i set them up tonight.

Car's going into the garage on Friday to get the head fitted - should be back on the road again by the weekend hopefully!
