Right then i've got two sets of 15" rims to choose from, yes i am a cheapskate and like cheap tyres, more beer money.

The first choice is whats on the car currently. 15" team dynamic 5 spoke design with very good rubber(eagle F1's and bf goodrich). I personally quite like them but i was also thinking they attract unwanted attention from the fuzz. They don't like 18 year olds in 325's(but thats a different matter...)

The second choice is what i believe to be hartge wheels. The previous owner of them said they were and the do have hargte and oz stamped behind the centre cap. So if anyone can confirm this it would be good. They are a more subtle wheel and easier on the eye.

So what do you guys and gals reckon, i am intending on keeping 15's as it will probably be visiting a track shortly.

Just got back from a week in corfu, god damn it was nice out there!

So it looks like we are going with the hartge wheels then. I believe the wheels came off a car imported from germany, a 318is hartge possibly?
The matey selling them did say they were very rare, but at the time i didn't know whether he was just trying to get rid of them.

I might sell the team dynamics in the future to fund refurbing the hartge ones, but not at the moment, there is 7mm of eagle F1 on them to burn.

Just to bump this one back up, i've swapped the rear wheels over at last, its taken so long as i've been busy doing this:

Anyways what do you think, the rubber needs to be burnt off the hartges anyway, rubbish pirelli p6000 hence only the back ones are on at the moment:

The ride height has fallen a bit overnight too as those photos were taken just after it was jacked up.

It is running yes, its gets a bit hot under that bonnet, car doesn't overheat but just hot under the bonnet literally. I need an intercooler hence my post in the forced induction section of where to put one.

So unbelievably torquey, it has been much hard work doing it, but much fun to be had out of it i hope.
