are you talking about the gearbox slightly confused as you refer to atf(automatic transmission fluid) i know you can use it in a manual box ...check the handbook for quantity for you car but a tip for you ...undo the filler cap first because if it has seized once you have drained it you will not be able to fill it and will be stuck

run the car around to warm up the old oil ....jack up the car and drain old oil ...replace the drain plug ...to refill the car must be level so a jack and axle stands may be needed to jack up all 4 corners ...if you stand the oil bottles in warm water before you refill it will be easier to squeeze the bottles. fill it untill it is level with the filler hole (you can put a finger in to see how near you are to the top)..refit the filler plug wipe of any drips ....dont forget to lower the car as you wont get anywhere......job done

A little bit extra to what it doesn't say in the video:

1) no need to remove the plastic cowling.
2) turn over the engine a few times to clear out the fluid in the rack after draining the fluid (pull the HT lead off the coil 1st).
3) use new washers on the pipe to pump connection.
