I am looking at getting one of these (pic below) for my 320i race car. I am a little worried that it won't fit since everywhere who sells it lists it as M3 only, so will it fit my 1990 M20 engined 320i ???

And secondly is this the 3677 model??? Cheers!! :D

It will fit, not sure what model it is but I think they cost about £50 new.

Prep going nicely, cage is all in now, interior all being cleaned up for the fire ext, cut out switch and new bucket seats to go in next week.. then it's just new brakes, bushes and suspension to go. We are hoping to have it back on the road (it's SORNED at the mo) and start doing loads of track days from August onwards, in order to get the car setup nicely for racing next year!

Nice one, let me know when it's on the road and hopefully we can do another trackday - maybe I will find the right braking point for Paddock Hill Bend next time!

They fit on M40 cars. The don't fit M3's with with CF airboxes.

It might need a bit of persuasion to fit, so you might have the jack the front up for it to fit.

The brace in the picture is the actual one I bought second hand.

I just offered it up to my 316 touring turd and it doesn't look like it would foul the engine/inlet mainfold, but the clutch reservoir is in the way a bit

It will fit, especially in an M50/2 winkeye

Ste has one on his Tourer but your right he did have to move the clutch reservoir...
