Not very exiting, but I just fitted some new discs (and hubs & backing plates), and had to share

The complete kit is supplied by a German company called Mov'it. They do kits to fit Porsche discs and calipers to a variety of different cars. The discs & calipers normally live on the front of a 993 twin turbo.

Way back when I got the kit (probably 6 or 7 years ago now), it was about £1700, so not cheap.

I am running 17's, but they may fit under some 16's. The main problem is the position of the back of the spokes. You can't have a rim with any sort of dish (not even a little bit), or the caliper will foul on the spokes.

These brakes are the main reason for me running the BBS RC's, as the rim/spoke design gives a lot more clearance than most. They look nice as well though 8)

Custom caliper mounting brackets, and custom mounting bells. Discs and calipers are straight from the Porsche parts bin.

No.

I did look into it, but the factory handbrake system does not work with the replacement discs. You would need to have a separate handbrake spot caliper to remain legal.

I did however upgrade to 280mm Z1 rear discs with E30 M3 calipers.
