My E30's are refered to as 'the touring' and 'the saloon'.The wife as 'er indoors or Calamity Jane. If it has tits or wheels it will cause you grief.

A car is an 'it' it has no gender.
Just because they go wrong monthly and require constant maintenance and money throwing at them doesn't make them female  :D

I bought my E30 as cheap, cool transport not to give the thing a name.

Mods, can someone please delete this whole thread to save everyone embarrassment.

People are acting like a bunch of Smart owners

Friend of mine called his Jack Russell 'Dave. I had not spoken to him for a couple of months and didn't know he had bought a dog. when i called him i soon found out as he screamed down the phone, "dave dont shit by the fridge!' I was like, who the hell is dave! Oh you bought a dog!

Cars don't need names, thought we where all manly chaps here, GURRRRRrrrr!

My cousin reckons he knows a bloke who has both a dog and a young son called Dave. Another bloke I know calls everyone and everything Ted, which is actually less confusing than you might think.

Naming cars is wrong, though I have been known to refer mine as 'the ultimate', 'das Auto' and 'la champagne' (it's luxorbeige, I know, I know). I feel better for admitting this dirty habit.
