How easy are non-electric windowed E30s to come by?

As above really, how easy are cars with non-electric windows to come by? Can't say I've seen one ever really. Also, do the electric motors etc. really weigh that much more than the mechanicals in non electric ones? Cheers.

I'm looking into getting something I can gradually build into a track car/fast road weekend toy, that's why I ask, the less weight the better! It will be a very slow working progress, so hopefully by the time it's finished, I can afford to insure it, whatever type of engine I drop in it
