Torque Settings Please

Hi Guys

Ive reached the final stages of the conversion and this entails setting up the motor. Im using a 325i block, head and pistons, and an eta crank and eta conrods for a 2.7 build.

I require the ffg torque settings for this motor:

1. Head Bolt Torque settings ( std bolts )

2. Crankshaft main journal bolt torque settings.

3. Conrod big end bearing cap settings.

4. Flywheel bolt torque settings.

5. Sump bolt torque settings.

Thanks in advance.

1. 40nm wait 15 mins then upto 60nm, engine upto temp then an extra 25degrees (standard bolts) (30 ft.Ib then 44 ft.Ib)
2. 58-63nm (43-46 ft.Ib)
3. 20nm then tighten an additional 70 degrees. (14.5 ft.Ib)
4. 105nm (77ft.Ib)
5. 9-11nm (7-8 ft.Ib)
