http://www.bluespot.co.uk/install/show_model.asp?id=23 get a new stereo loom from these guys
is ther no iso connecters there.. if not...
earth is normally a thicker wire from rest..... they will be two power wires..one from batt and one from ignition..get these wrong way round and the stereo will still work but wont save stations etc as they be no constant power supply....normally yellow is ign and red/brown is batt... they will be 8 speaker wires..not always same colours to same speaker ie red and red/white....easy to find find them is try matching wires by taking two..a AA battery and put them on batt...once you find right wire combination the speaker will pop..

Chances are that the white wire and one of the black ones go to the arial. Easiest way to check this is to remove the front ashtray and holder. You'll see some wires running under here. Give them a gentle pull, and you'll probably see some of your mystery wires moving in your radio opening.
If it ain't broke, fix it till it is

In theory, yes. I don't have a red wire going to mine, tho, which is why I suggested it might be one of the black ones paired with a white.
