THe LSD on my 325 track car has now started letting one wheel spin like there is no Diff operating. I've been told I can get a 'plate kit' to tighten it up again and get it working like new.

Ideas would be really helpful :D

Also - BBTB - who does them and how much - need more power

no more weight to save?

kevo in south wales can rebuild your diff if you can get it to him and back!

Zone chip - yep
6 branch - no cash for that sort of thing(£700!!!) !! Anyway looking to fit a Z3 1.9 rack so the fannyfold won't fit with that.

Weight to save - could do ABS, Steel gurder behind front bumper,...

Do you know what price the BBTB's are approx??

not sure on price, just use the evolve link above it will be in there.

The cheapo £200 6 branches give a noticable torque increase. Have you removed the 10kg or so of weight from the inards of the front bumper? tried cutting out loom thats not required? if you don't need the heater the heater matrix and piping can be dumped.

Depends how extreme you want to go.

Yes as above hottuning group buy but its not much more expensive for the same manifold on ebay.

Also ditch the heather matrix, the bloer and all the wires in favour of a lighter electric heater as used in minis.

Alternativly fit heated seats and do away with the heater alltogether, this ould yet again be lighter, aftermarket kits to toast your buns available on ebay.

Back to the LSD - if I get it 'rebuilt' is there a kit I can buy ? Or can someone advise best options as I'm in the dark on this one...
