1991 318i Touring Water Manifold?

I'm after what has been described as a water manifold, for a 1991 318i Touring.

its the plastic part that fits into the engine near the oil pump and then runs along the block towards the bulkhead, and has a few bits that spout out of it where you attach the throttle body heater pipe to etc

then it has a hose attached to it that goes into the bulkhead towards the heater.

anyone know what it is, if so do you have one and how much would you be asking??
