Not sure if M3 springs would fit standard struts to be honest.
Maybe Mtechnic springs may be ok

The M3 springs will fit the struts as the reverse is true...
I seem to recall that the iS and M3 share rates so not sure why you'd order M3 ones over iS ones??

I was wanting to drop the suspension about 20-30 mm. Any particular make recommended?
thanks

318iS and M3 springs are exactly the same! So there would be no gain in putting 'M3' springs on.
