Wouldnt worry mate as will probably be quiet due to ace cafe meet although this is in the evening , Most people who wanted this meet havent showed since anyway and its usually the regulars from my way that go anyway :?

Update from Forum5, there are 4 definates excluding me, to add to the list, seems like this meet has become exclusive and only for the select few-no riffraff, is The Duke of Mullbury attending this time Rodders? :D

Thanks to all that turned up even though it clashed with ace cafe meet , 8 bmws but still a laugh and cracking weather .
Can i have some input into this meet guys as after the first meet everyone wanted it again so after long talks and sorting out i get us a monthly meet then hardly anyone turns up
Gonna see how it goes the next month or so and possibly bang it on the head if there is no interest in it as im wasting mine and the diners time as we were lucky to get a saturday night tbh.
Up to you guys now ........

Damn, I would have attended this one Steve, as it goes I just found my car half an hour ago, abandoned up the other end of town - the low petrol level in the tank obviously put off the joyrider!!

Surprised more didn't attend being a warm night and all. :?

Thats fcuking excellent news mate :thumb:
Much damage or all ok dude ??

No worries dude , It went from a e30 meet to a bmw meet an the 5 series forum have bailed our arses the last few months keeping the numbers up .
Just dont want to waste the diners time as there are other groups who would give anything to have a saturday night instead of a week night and it took a lot of doing :?
Id rather drive 100 odd mile round trip than have a mcdonalds which is about a 3 minute drive from my door , You know how good the food is :D

Car looks undamaged and drives OK, amazingly 8O

It would have been great to attend on such a fine night, and I could have done with some of the Diner's fine nosh instead of the packet of pasta mix I had. Next time hopefully...

Cheers,

Personally, i think the Diner is an excellent venue, Great food, friendly and efficient service and the parking area is perfect.

The weather was so nice last night that we could all sit out in the Diner's garden and admire the cars, so it certainly gets my vote to keep it going.

It would be good if some other Zoners (who expect others to attend their meets)would make an effort to give their for a change. :-x

Good meet as usual, let's try and keep this one...

I am making the effort regularly, and sometimes I get lost and use even more fuel, but it is an ideal venue for this type of thing much better than McDonalds, especially when the weather is kind :?

Cheers jamie , mark and rob :D
The first meet we had everyone enjoyed it even though the weather wasnt great , We did a poll and it was 100% to do another yet hardly anyone shows , There are the few that make the effort but where are all the regulars and the ones who say ill be there then never show , You know who you are
Ill see how it goes the next couple of months , It cant be to far out the way as most make lakeside and this is nearer :?
Down to you guys at the end of the day , Everyone wanted it and i bust a nut to get it ??

calm down dear lol

I wanted to come to this one as I have had to miss the last few due to things coming up
but after 8 hours at the Ace there wasnt a hope in hell of making it

it would be a shame to loose it as we are just coming up to the right sort of weather for this place
to be a right cracker of a meet

the only thing for me is the ashford meet is almost 55 miles aways
where lakeside is only 15 tops

Lol malc , Wasnt aimed at you dear
I knew it would be quite but 1 e30 from the zone (mine)
Think its about 65 miles for me , Similar to lakeside really , Also a similar distance to the portsmouth one and these are my local ones unless theres a briighton meet
:(
Gonna see how it goes the next few months and chat to the organiser at the diner , Time will tell :)
