How do you adjust this

My front bumper is sitting out by 5mm see pic

There's no adjustment at all on the bumper mount. There is sideways adjustment on the mounts it fits to int he bumper, but no fore/aft adjustment.
Chances are that the bumper is in the right place, but the bodywork isn't!
Some have been known to place washers between the mounts and the front of the chassis rails to correct where the chassis rail may have been pushed back at some time.

I had a similar problem with one of my cars, it was the mount on the car that was bent, have you checked that? It was caused by towing the car
