Can someone tell me which way the steering column moves in the engine bay when an e36 rack is fitted. does it move towards or away from the engine? and by how much?

I know it was making problems for the 6 pot boys fitting tubular manifolds but it might help out big time for us 4 potters

If this dont work then i recon ill be closer to just converting to lhd lol

Its official there are no manifolds for right hand drive m10 engined e30's. Ive e-mailed everyone now and they all say they'll need modifications to them to clear the steering. Im going to be making a custom one as theres nothing else i can do now  Ive thought seriously about converting to left hand drive but its not a go'er lol.
