I have just bought a set of Gaz adjustable shocks for my 325i, atm the car is used for hill climbs, the hill is very tight a twisty and has a top speed of about 60mph....
What ride height would you go for?
How stiff would you set the dampers?

how do you feel with how it handles atm? do you find it bottoms out? does it feel soft on the corners. car setup is all down to personal prefrance and practicality. id say for the hill 50-60mm down should do it. aroun 30mm to 40mm for the rally. then take it for a few unoficial test runs up the hill and have a play around with your damper settings till you find something your happy with. but id say you would want it fairly hard for the hill as its a smooth road.
