hi, e30 m3 printboard on the back of the speedo is burned out a little bit,
can it be replaced by 325 LHD car speedo, or can i just replace the small print board at the back or burned resistor?

You could replace the resistors (maplins) and use small jumper wires for any broken tracks on the board. Do you know why this happened, seems a little strange?
If I can't fix it I'll f**k it up so bad nobody can!!

i took it off and when i put it back together i didn't payed attention to the exact position , it as 4 pins L shaped,
ad i 'm not sure in wich order should they be put back (one is free from the top , when i put it that way , i smelled
burn, so i took it appart again and possitioned it one slot lower, sorry for my english , it's a bit tricky to explayn, i rather take another pic

The only resistor I've ever found burnt out on a speedo PCB has been associated with the feed to the econometer electronics on the SI board, and has been caused by a fault on the SI board.
Interestingly, the M3 cluster doesn't have an econometer, of course, but I've never even considered whether the electronics is there for it or no.
AFAIK, the SI board is the same, so the electronics will be on there.
Does everything work correctly, or is this just something you've noticed?
Small wattage resistors like this don't normally burn up with no reason, so I suspect this is just the result of a fault elsewhere.

it all working fine now , but thefirst time i connected speedo to the print board (engaiging first "top" pin) it stoped working, i took it apart, engaiged pin 2 and speedo started working

i got another q? Switch turn signal snaped, i replase it with one from the car without OBC,
the one i had , had one blue connector , but the new one doesnt have it , and OBC doesnt show fuel range, avarage miles, ets..

The blue single pole connector on the indicator stalk of a car with an OBC is simply to toggle the display through all the functions, one after another. It has nothing to do with the actual working of the OBC.
Fuel range, etc., depend on a road speed signal which originates from the speedo PCB, so your burnt out resistor and probable SI board fault are probably connected to this.

Maplins, remove it and take it with you or read the colour bars:

I think you'll find the coloured bands on this resistor are well past decoding!
No one got a speedo unit already out of a cluster?
