If I get my loan, im considering buying an E36 325i cab. I currently have my friends one while she is on holiday (318i) and although I wasnt very impressed to start with, after a few days its really growing on me, but needs more power.
I would like a decent E30 cab but I want something newer where I wont be chasing rust, leaks and trying to reduce wind noise ect.

Anyway, heres the spec of my touring

BMW E30 325i Touring
Auto gearbox
120k miles
Stirling Silver
MOT till July
5 moths tax

New cambelt, front brake pads and discs, oil and coolant change a month ago.

Spec:
Full black leather interior with front Sports seats in VERY good condition
4x Electric windows
Electric sunroof
13 Button OBC
Heated mirrors
Aircon - needs gas but recirculation and aircon buttons both work and you hear things kick in when the buttons are pressed
Maplight mirror
Tweeters by the mirrors
Fire extinguisher with bracket and spare fire extinguisher
Load cover with dog guard
First aid kit and warning triangle
HID's
17" Alloys with 4 new tyres
Lowered with PI shocks and springs
Flexible front splitter (from a Seat)
K&N Induction kit
INXX Strut brace
'Alpina Style' Rocker cover
Satin black kidney grill
Headlight wash system - I have removed the wipers and motors as the system didnt work and the wipers were just blocking the headlights - parts will come with the car incase you want to refurb it

Exterior:
The bodywork is in very good condition with very little rust. There are some scratches over the car with the worst being in the passenger side back door to the rear quarter.
The passenger side front wing has been touched up at some point on the lip of the arch.

Engine:
The engine doesnt seem to use any fluids and all I have done to it is have the cambelt and oil coolant changed soon after I got the car.

This has been one of the best E30's I have owned but I just want something newer and more economical. I only drive a few thousand miles so I may aswell have a bit of luxury.

Not bad looking motor there mate. I'm not too sure on the price though £1500-£2000. Probably more if you change the radio station off KISS :p.

Would have to say that it would be worth more with 15" BBS, factory air con is a nice touch too, albeit broken.

I reckon £1300 - £1500 would be realistic. IMO of course. Nice looking car.

If I were you I'd get it gassed because ice-cold aircon sells for a lot more than potentially ice-cold aircon. Everyone knows that aircon has to be kept up to snuff or it can be a big expensive ballache. With the aircon working I'd have given you £1500 for it two weeks ago, but I've already bought.

Nice spec on that car though, I'm a little bit jealous :)

edit, actually I've just spotted that its auto - so I wouldn't. But I'm sure it would be worth the same to someone who likes autos.
E30 Touring 0.35 cD - more slippery than prison soap :)

Thanks for the opinions guys.
Being an auto was the only downside for me but as I just potter about im quite pleased I got it. I only found out about some of the spec when I picked it up as it was an ebay gamble.

I would get the aircon re gassed if I knew somewhere decent that did it, but my local place has closed.

I must say, I used to curse Auto cars, then I got the 325i auto and really enjoyed tootling about in it. God knows how anyone drives then fast though, just didn't feel safe being out of control of the gears!

id love to say frag it and sell me the interior and load cover winkeye

but its too nice a touring to rip apart. im with the above shove some bbs on it, sell the 17s to a local chav for a profit, use the money to regass the aircon. shouls see 1200-1500 even at the mo.

try and get it on a ramp for some close up underneith shots, that would really seal the deal if I were looking for an e30.
