gutted i couldnt make it

was having windscreen done yesterday but the rain stopped them, so couldnt come#

next meet for sure, but no e30 anymore

Nice to see everyone last night, a few new faces also.

Lots of nice cars on show especially the two M3's.

That was Steve Bostock and his wife Viv.
Steve is the northern E30 registrar for the Car Club.
You will have seen his cars at shows.. his blue 'chromie' was due an outing last night but the crappy wet weather put an end to that.

It's his white one that does it for me.. it's as good as it was when delivered to its first owner back in '87... 100% original even down to the barcoding paper stickers that were preserved under the Cosmolene.

Come to Harewood and see for yourself!

Forgot to mention a new meet.. too busy hassling you lot with trackday stuff!

Anyway.. there is a Licolnshire meet on Tuesday if any of you can make it.. details elswhere on here.

Style 5's the same as on my m3 but highly polished, to a mirror finish.

Bet Nigels track car was a handfull in the slippery conditions with his semmy slick tyres

Also think it might be abit noisey judging by the ear defenders hanging from the roll cage.

if these milkbar meets continue with the numbers and car variety it should be a good summer. was an excellent night and buster delivered as promised when suitably pissed

was good to have some track fans down too especialy with the idea of my own track car brewing

shame it got cold and dark so quick, plenty of nice machines to drool over.

Very true,Matt,we now have a solid base to build on.A mid-summer evening,a decent pint,the smell of warm oil,the tick of hot engines cooling slowly,buster getting ratted,bliss...

Yeh, and thanks to all who were there and it did get very cold but it was worth it.
Even in my old chromie.

The cars there were works of art , but in my opinion, Matt stole the scene in his absolutely wonderful Sport.Cheers Matt.

Tempting though it was to drop in on my way back in the FUCR, I wasn't able to do it because I was already late for guests that night....
Definitely up for the next one, bottletops and all!
