Meguiars 3 step was fine, but what should I use from Zaino?

I'm likely to be wanting to polish up a tired Alpinweiss touring in the next week or so. I've done this before with Meguiars clay kit, and then 3 step and I was pleased with th the results, but doing it by hand took ages with all the polishing I had to do on stage one/two.
I'm looking at Zaino gear on the pro-detailing site. I'm pretty sure that a good claying will be required, then what?

I'm thinking
Z-PC Fusion Dual Action Paint Cleaner
then
Z-3 Show Car Polish for Regular Paint
and what wax/sealant?
Z-8 Grand Finale Spray Seal?
Does Z-8 work like a wax to protect your finish or is it more of a polish?
