http://www.ronalusa.com/cars/bmw_e30.html says 57.1
However...

i think the 0.1mm is to actually allow the spacer to fit on the hub, which it wouldn't if they were both the same size. sorry for the confusion m8, just when u said hub bore of 57.1mm I sorta paniced as I told the bloke 57.0mm who is making mine, emailing him now with the new number of 57.1mm-bolt pattern (E30 are 4x100mm which is the same as the mini I think)
-hub diameter (E30 use a hub of 57mm, wheels require a centrebore of 57.1mm)

The bloke thats doing them has the most advanced machine shop in NI, I think he can machine down to about 0.01mm accuracy.
0.1mm isn't an awful lot and the hubs shouldn't be that loose... do you have a set of vernier calipers or an inside micrometer? Might be worth measuring the spigots to check they are right.

Think I am going to get mine machined at 57.1mm, 0.1mm is a very small amount and speaking to a couple of alloy companies/resellers 57.1 is the normal size, lots of cars have 57mm centre bores.
