BMW E30 325I MTECH 2 ENGINE SWAP HELP NEEDED PLEASE

HI ,Firstly this is my first post on the forum so go easy on me .I am after any help advice for a engine conversion for my 325i e30 which i have owned for 10 years .I would like to put a e36 3.2 engine and six speed box in ,i am in the gloucestershire area willing to travel to a company or person who could do it for me .Would you recommend this or is there a cheaper way to gain more power ie tune the existing engine or go with a different engine to swap Any help would be much appreciated Thanks Adam
